Freitty LLC ("Freitty," "we," "us") sends SMS text messages to customers and warehouse partners who opt in to receive operational updates related to their use of the Freitty platform.
Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive transactional and operational text messages from Freitty, including booking confirmations, service status updates, dock and appointment notifications, document requests, and account-related notices. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program. Your phone number will be used only to send you these operational messages.
How You Opt In
You provide consent to receive text messages from Freitty by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box during registration on freitty.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Opting Out
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. If you change your mind, you can re-enroll at any time by replying START or by updating your communication preferences in your account. Privacy
Your phone number and opt-in information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at freitty.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors and service providers acting on our behalf (such as our SMS delivery provider) solely to operate and deliver the messaging service.
