Uploads such as BOL scans and operational cargo photos

You as a Warehouse Partner:

Legal business name, address, including any D/B/A, entity type, state of incorporation

Business contact names, phone numbers, and e-mails

Facility specifications, including but not limited to address, dock details, services, equipment, operating hours, certifications).

In addition to the Personal Information described above, we may also collect and retain information regarding your use of our Services, interests identified by you when using our Services, communications when you use our Services and publicly available information about you and your businesses and any information that you voluntarily provide to us. In addition, we collect information with respect to ratings, complaints, and reviews by or about You with respect to the Services.
How Information Is Collected
When registering on our site or filling out a form, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and interests. You will be contacted in response to any information you request, but you may prevent your contact information from being automatically saved for future contacts by checking the appropriate box.

Disclosure of Personal Information

To Warehouse Partners and their third-party services to help manage or deliver the Warehouse Partners Services, such as cleaning services, lock providers, support staff, or assistants.

We may disclose personal information of Warehouse Partners and Carriers/Customers to building management, including booking information and information related to compliance with applicable laws, in order to facilitate programs with building management.
•
To third parties in order to help us operate our platform and provide our Services and meet our obligations to you for any Services we are providing to you, including without limitation administrative and technology service providers.

To third parties with whom you choose to let us share information, for example to share content you have created on our platform, including individuals, professionals, merchants and other businesses, and with other applications or websites that integrate with the Services, or those with Services with which we integrate. Note these third parties may themselves have websites and applications with privacy policies beyond our control which differ from this Privacy Policy.
